We are seeking a committed and service-minded barista for our team at a customer location. Together, we are one team with a shared mission: providing outstanding service and ensuring the smooth operation of the entire site. As a barista, you will play a central role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for our customers and guests.

Creativity and a passion for coffee are highly valued. Experience as a barista or in a café environment is an advantage.
As a person, you are outgoing, independent, energetic, positive, and enjoy engaging with customers. Delivering a high level of service every single day is important to you. Even during busy periods, you keep a cool head and remain focused. You work in a structured way, thrive in a sometimes hectic environment, and are conscious about planning and adapting your own tasks, as well as knowing when to ask colleagues for help.
As Barista, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering outstanding coffee service, maintaining a consistently high standard
- Preparing and serving a variety of coffee and beverages to customer specifications
- Setting up and maintaining the café area, ensuring cleanliness and organisation
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with guests to ensure their satisfaction
- Proactively identifying and resolving potential issues to guarantee a seamless café experience
- Collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve team goals
- Flexibly contributing to other service areas when required
- Bringing positive energy, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude to every task
What we’re looking for:
- A genuine passion for coffee and delivering exceptional service
- Strong ability to keep an overview while actively contributing to the team
- Self-driven and proactive, with a sense of ownership and independence
- Meticulous, quality-focused, and highly organised
- Proficient in English; Danish is an advantage (understanding of other Nordic languages is a plus)

This position will be 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 06.00 and 18.00
