Main purpose of the position:
The System Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of technicians and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure a secure, stable, high-performing, and scalable platform for delivering IT solutions that enhance ISS operational performance.
This role plays a crucial part in our transition from data centers to the cloud, ensuring effective management of interim dual operations and establishing robust IT operations principles for the cloud environment. The System Team Lead fosters a collaborative approach across Facility Management System product delivery and works to remove or mitigate technical blockers to DevOps implementation.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee the automation of build, test, and deployment processes for one or multiple applications, including toolchain management.
- Manage the build, maintenance, and operations of software development environments to streamline automation processes.
- Design, implement, and oversee cloud-based software operation platforms.
- Develop and implement best practices and guidelines for DevOps methodologies in collaboration with software development teams and SOC.
- Define system architecture to ensure alignment with operational platforms and optimal use of cloud offerings.
- Enhance security of software operation platforms through continuous improvements and application of security updates.

Key qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading a technical IT team or similar leadership role.
- Proficiency in Linux (RHEL).
- Experience in hosting Java applications and Oracle databases.
- Hands-on experience with automation and orchestration tools.
- Knowledge and experience in cloud technologies to support future migrations.
Nice to have qualifications:
- Experience with OpenShift/Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of security standards and best practices.
