Main purpose of the position

The primary purpose of this role is to assist the Global Digital Innovation Team in executing our digital strategy by supporting the development and management of technology-driven solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, optimize processes, and enhance our service offerings. This role provides valuable exposure to a range of digital tools and platforms, allowing you to contribute to projects that shape the future of our business. You will also support the team by creating and refining various content assets, including intranet articles, presentations, and training materials. Your contributions will be instrumental in amplifying the team’s success by ensuring that our innovation narratives are effectively communicated across the organization.

What you’ll do:

• Assist in the research, analysis, and implementation of digital innovation projects.
• Support the team in developing proof of concepts (PoCs) and new technology integrations.
• Collaborate with senior team members to analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings.
• Help maintain and optimize digital tools and platforms used within the organization.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Support the preparation of documentation, presentations, and other materials related to digital initiatives.
• Engage with global teams and stakeholders to understand their needs and offer technical support where necessary.
• Monitor our end-to-end innovation processes to ensure they function effectively.

Who you’ll work with

You will work closely within our team and interact with the broader IT organization. This means you will also engage with in-house development, startups, and discover new solutions. Business engagement is crucial for us, providing opportunities to work closely with our Operational Performance colleagues. Operating globally, you will coordinate with stakeholders worldwide, which is also a key part of this role.

Desired qualifications:

• University degree in Business Administration, Digital Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent in English (verbal & written).
• Intercultural skills and initial experience working in global organizations.
• Proficiency in content creation tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Proven experience in designing and delivering innovative and effective digital communications across various channels.
• Experience with digital tools, platforms, and basic project management practices.
• Familiarity with cloud computing, AI, machine learning, or other emerging technologies is a plus.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, or other data visualization and application development tools would be a significant advantage.
