We are looking for a student assistant to support our Global Digital Innovation team in close collaboration with our Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging team.

Main Purpose of the Position
As a Student Assistant, you will support the Global Digital Innovation team in expanding its reach on the latest innovation topics ISS is working on. Are you curious about exploring and identifying the latest trends in Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging – especially within an innovative and digital area? If so, join us!
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in the research, analysis, and implementation of digital innovation projects, especially in the area of Diversity & Inclusion.
- Support the team in developing proof of concepts (PoCs) and new technology integrations.
- Innovate the way we work digitally with an inclusive mindset.
- Manage incoming topics that the business, in connection to D&I, is interested in exploring, and streamline initiatives across the organization.
- Assist in the submission of various D&I benchmarking reports and explore how D&I can tap into the area of innovation.
- Create engaging and effective online content that meets user needs and keeps the business up to date on the latest projects and initiatives we are working on.
- Create engaging content to publish on various media outlets that would highlight the company's innovative approach.
Who You’ll Work With:
You will work closely with our Global Digital Innovation team with a strong interface to our D&I department.
Business engagement is really important to us and will enable you to work closely across different units.
Operating on a global level means that you will get to coordinate with stakeholders worldwide, which will also be a part of this role.
Desired Qualifications:
- University degree in the field of Business Administration, Digital Management, Communication, or related fields.
- Fluent in English (verbal & written).
- Intercultural skills and initial experience working in global organizations.
- A growth mindset and a motivation for self-development, and enabling people to reach their full potential.
- Experience in using M365 and related tools for content creation.
Personal Skills You Excel At:
- Ability to complete tasks in a fast-paced international environment.
- Enjoy communicating with different stakeholder groups.
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
- You don’t need to know everything, but you should have an openness to learn, be innovative, and be creative.
