Key expectations:

You will be responsible for delivering predictable, high‑quality outcomes across complex infrastructure and cloud projects in a global, matrixed environment. This role requires a proactive and structured approach to navigating cross‑functional teams, aligning technical and business stakeholders, and managing competing priorities across regions.

A key expectation is maintaining strong project governance - introducing and embedding consistent practices that ensure transparency, accountability, and effective decision‑making throughout the project lifecycle. Experience establishing governance frameworks is essential, and a project management certification is preferred.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead full project lifecycle for infrastructure and cloud initiatives (e.g., data center modernization, migrations, network upgrades, cloud deployments).
  • Drive project planning including scope, timeline, resource planning, budgets, and measurable outcomes.
  • Manage delivery across internal teams and external vendors, ensuring accountability and quality.
  • Mitigate project risks and dependencies, escalating proactively when delivery or operational stability is at risk.
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and architectural standards across all project phases.
  • Coordinate technical discussions with architects, engineers, and product stakeholders to ensure feasible and high‑quality solutions.
  • Prepare executive‑level reporting, summarizing progress, decisions, risks, and financials.
  • Improve delivery processes, driving standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement across infrastructure programs.
  • Oversee transition to operations, ensuring complete handover of support documentation and operational readiness.

Who you’ll work with:

  • Country and Group leadership and stakeholders
  • Programme leadership and stakeholders
  • Project teams inside and outside of IT Department
  • Infrastructure and Application Owners
  • Finance Team

Key qualifications:

  • 10+ years of IT project management experience with a focus on infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise platforms.
  • Proven experience leading large, multi‑region or multi‑vendor technology projects.
  • Strong financial management skills (forecasting, capex/opex, vendor contracts).
  • Expertise in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid).

  • Advanced communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.

  • Solid understanding of:
    - Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
    - Servers, storage, virtualization
    - ITSM and operational readiness

Nice to have:

  • PM certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent experience.
  • Solid understanding of
    - Enterprise networking and security
    - Identity and access management
  • Background in cloud migration programs or data center exit initiatives.
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks.
  • Technical certifications (e.g., Azure/AWS fundamentals or architecture).

Personal skills you excel:

  • Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and cultures.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering value and results.
