Main purpose of the position
You will join a highly successful and talented Group Supply Chain & Procurement team
, that has a strong track record for delivering significant results and are a core part of the corporate strategy. As a Project Manager, you will support and lead global projects with the purpose of driving savings, productivity and quality outcomes through scalable solutions. You will take on the responsibility for many aspects of the project work and work closely with internal and external stakeholders across the globe

What you’ll do:

Besides being part of a fantastic team you will:

  • Drive and assist important category analyses to identify opportunities improving the status quo
  • Facilitate or lead activities in connection with the above
  • Support the implementation of our new dual supplier strategy across countries
  • Support and co-lead one of the largest global supplier partnerships
  • Support and lead savings activities that optimizes ISSs cost base while improving quality and consistency of the products we procure across countries
     

Who you’ll work with:

  • You will work cross functionally across the enterprise with stakeholders in countries and HQ, including Group Supply Chain & Procurement and other functions such as Global Operations and Business Performance and have the opportunity to influence decisions
  • You will work on a daily basis with the central team of one of our largest global supplier partnerships
  • You will working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and have an opportunity to influence decisions
     

Key qualifications:

  • Master’s degree, e.g. in Law, Business, Economics, Operations, Supply Chain Management or Political/Social Science
  • 1-5 years’ experience from preferably a management consulting company or from a large multinational corporation
  • Experience in Project Management and Change Management is an asset
  • Solid skills in Power Point, Excel and Power BI
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with stakeholders on all organizational levels
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, to stakeholders at all levels
  • Are diplomatic and persuasive; builds objective lines of argument/rationales for action and present viewpoints assertively and professionally
  • Demonstrated result orientation and drive and are open to new approaches and alternative means in order to accomplish results.
