We are currently looking for a People Data Taxonomy & Reporting Manager to join us in our HQ Hub based in Warsaw, reporting into the Head of Global Data Management & Analytics.
In this role you will be responsible for developing and maintaining classification systems and reporting frameworks that support organizational data management. This role ensures the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of employee data across various systems and platforms, supporting HR and business operations. The role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate data categorization and effective reporting - e.g. Financial Controllers and ESG owner.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and maintain People Master Data including master data management policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Create and maintain common taxonomy for people data
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all classification systems.
- Develop and generate reports that provide insights into key business metrics and performance indicators.
- Lead initiatives to improve data quality, including identifying, assessing, and resolving data quality issues
- Work closely with other departments to understand their data needs and ensure taxonomy and reporting systems meet those requirements.
- Ensure all reporting activities comply with relevant standards and regulations
- Regularly review and update taxonomy and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Key qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Business, HR or a related field.
- Proven experience in taxonomy development, data management, data governance, HR analytics and reporting (preferably in SuccessFactor).
- Familiarity with international people data standards and reporting requirements
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerBI, and SQL
- Ability to manage complex data sets and ensure accuracy.
- Strong focus on developing and maintaining efficient processes.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
