Main purpose of the position
As ISS continues to implement the P2P@ISS systems (Coupa, Routty and Tungsten Automation) globally, we need to coordinate multiple larger scale projects . The purpose of this position is to coordinate these projects to ensure successful implementation. A key responsibility is to review and introduce governance frameworks that support transparency, accountability, and effective decision-making across the programme.
Key expectations:
You should bring a proactive, structured, and collaborative approach to managing complex global projects within the P2P@ISS programme. You should be confident in navigating cross-functional environments, aligning diverse stakeholders, and driving progress across multiple regions. A critical part of your role will be to introduce and embed governance practices that ensure transparency, accountability, and effective decision-making throughout the programme lifecycle. You’ll be expected to communicate clearly, manage competing priorities, and maintain a strong focus on delivering value and consistency across all implementation efforts.
What you’ll do:
- Manage end-to-end project delivery for P2P@ISS implementations and product development projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, project budget management and closure.
- Define and implement governance frameworks, including reporting structures, decision-making protocols, and escalation paths.
- Coordinate global and regional teams to ensure seamless execution and integration.
- Track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables, reporting progress to programme leadership.
- Ensure compliance with global standards while accommodating local variations where necessary.

Key qualifications:
- Proven experience managing complex IT projects, ideally with procurement, finance, or ERP systems.
- Demonstrated experience in establishing and managing project or programme governance.
- Familiarity with change management and stakeholder engagement in complex environments.
- Project management certification preferred.

- Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working across time zones and cultures.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering value and results.
