Main purpose of the position:

As the Leadership and Management Culture Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating leadership and management development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our leaders at all levels and drive a culture of belonging across the enterprise.

What you’ll do:

  • Needs assessment:
    • Conduct needs assessments to identify leadership and management development needs across the organization.
    • Analyze performance data, feedback, and organizational goals to inform program design and implementation.
  • Program design and delivery:
    • Design and deliver comprehensive leadership and management development programs, including workshops, seminars, and online learning modules.
    • Develop curriculum materials, participant guides, and other resources to support program delivery.
    • Partner with subject matter experts to ensure content relevance and alignment with best practices.
  • Solutions’ performance evaluation and measurement:
    • Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of leadership and management development initiatives.
    • Collect and analyze data to measure program impact, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate program outcomes and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Contribution to developing ISS global management frameworks aimed at building management culture that delivers great employee experience on key employee journey touchpoints: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, career development and feedback.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in leadership and management development.
    • Continuously evaluate and refine program offerings to ensure alignment with organizational goals and evolving needs.

 

Who you’ll work with:

You will report to the Global Learning & Development Director and work in the Global Talent & Learnig Centre of Expertise structure. You will collaborate closely with senior business leadership, People & Culture teams, and other stakeholders to identify development needs, design tailored programs, and measure the impact of initiatives.

Key qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in similar roles in multi-international matrix organizations
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in training delivery and facilitation in English
  • Proven experience in acting as an organizational go-to expert on leadership and management development
  • Excellent understanding and proven successful application of the principles of adult learning and ability to design development tools combining different delivery modalities.
  • Expert knowledge of up-to-date leadership and management development trends, theories, and tools and continuous development in this area to provide thought leadership to the ISS framework
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences (the ability to deliver in English is a must-have)
