Main purpose of the position:

We are looking for a Junior Risk Specialist to enhance risk management capacity of the ISS Group. You will be joining Group Risk Management team, that as part of the 2nd Line of the Defence is responsible for building and maintaining enterprise risk management and business continuity frameworks throughout the global organization. You will be playing crucial role in maintaining Business Continuity standard across ISS’ global organization. Ideal candidate is a creative, well-organized team player, who demonstrates attention to details and can handle communication in a professional manner.

What you’ll do:

• Proactively engage with Business Continuity Plans’ owners to ensure timely creation, updates and testing of BCPs
• Conduct quality reviews of BCPs to ensure compliance with ISS and industry standards
• Provide guidance and support to BCP stakeholders, ensuring their activities are in compliance with policy requirements
• Generate reports supporting BCP process
• Actively participate in meetings with various BCP stakeholders

Who you’ll work with:

• Group Risk Management team located in Warsaw
• Country Risk Managers located in over 20 countries worldwide
• BCP stakeholders from various countries

Key qualifications:

• 1 – 3 years of experience in business continuity, risk management, audit, or similar role
• Experience in working with risk management and/or compliance frameworks
• Excellent communication skills, including fluent English and Polish
• Experience in working with variety of international stakeholders is a plus
