Main purpose of the position:
This new role has been created to ensure efficient and accurate delivery of People & Culture (P&C) operations by maintaining employee data, administering HR systems, and supporting the full employee lifecycle across multiple locations.
What you’ll do:
- Administration of P&C systems, including:
e-learning system
performance management system
Employee Central (e.g., SuccessFactors)
- Maintaining and updating employee data in P&C systems
- Ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Managing and maintaining personnel files in line with legal and internal requirements
- Preparing and administering employee documentation
- Supporting employee lifecycle processes:
onboarding
employee changes
offboarding
- Handling P&C tickets and responding to standard employee and manager queries
- Supporting high-volume operational activities
- Providing administrative coordination and support for HR processes across multiple locations (Warsaw, Copenhagen, and other supported countries)
Key qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in P&C / HR in a multinational environment
- Knowledge of HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors)
- Very good command of English
- Basic knowledge of Polish labor law
- Ability to connect information and understand the broader context
- Ability to work on-site
