Junior Budget and Reporting Controller

Main purpose of the position

Would be to support the financial planning and reporting processes within FSC? This role would help to ensure that financial data is accurately collected, analyzed, and reported to support informed decision-making by management.

What you’ll do: 

• Develop and manage FSC budget and forecasts in coordination with various departments.
• Analyze budget variances and provide actionable insights to support financial decision-making.
• Track and validate expenditures against budgets and ensure all costs are properly allocated and recorded.
• Monitor financial performance indicators and provide early warnings of potential budget overruns.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes by ensuring accuracy of financial data and timely reporting.
• Prepare ad hoc financial analysis and reports.

Key qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in budgeting, financial analysis, or reporting roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• International experience required, with and proficient level of English is a must.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
