Main purpose of the position:
The main purpose of this position is to support the accounting department in day-to-day operations, including processing financial documents, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with monthly and annual closings. As a Junior Accountant, you will collaborate closely with the Chief Accountant and the accounting team to ensure compliance with Polish accounting regulations and internal procedures.
What you’ll do:
- Post purchase invoices accurately and on time
- Record and reconcile bank statements
- Review and post travel and expense reports
- Assist in maintaining proper financial records and documentation
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Collaborate with the finance team on ad-hoc accounting tasks

Key qualifications:
- 0.5 year experience of working an a junior accountant/assistant position, not mandatory
- Knowledge of Polish accounting regulations
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Strong team player skills with close attention to detail
- Good English and Polish
