Main purpose of the position:
The goal is clear: to strengthen Global Technology Solutions (GTS) purchasing power and support internal optimization initiatives at ISS Group level. As part of the GTS Vendor & Contract Management Team, you will help ensure that our IT contracts are well governed, commercially sound, and compliant. You will manage day-to-day contractual matters, support renewals and contract changes, and contribute to building strong, transparent supplier relationships in close collaboration with Senior Contract Managers and key stakeholders across GTS. You will also contribute to high impact cost saving initiatives, helping to unlock value across GTS spend in areas such as IT Consultancy, IT Services, Cloud, SaaS, Software, Hardware, and Telecommunications.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and support contract renewals and renegotiations, helping to achieve the best commercial and contractual outcomes.
- Coordinate GTS internal approval and governance processes, ensuring required documentation and sign-offs are in place.
- Support supplier consolidation activities and contribute input to GTS sourcing initiatives.
- Manage and source IT Suppliers within assigned contract portfolio.
- Support price benchmarking and financial analyses to identify improvement and optimization opportunities.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution of contract-related actions and tactical initiatives across IT domains.
- Prepare reports, analyses, and contract overviews to support decision-making for stakeholders.
- Manage day-to-day contractual matters (e.g., respond to contract queries, track obligations , maintain contractual documentation, monitor milestones/renewals/notices) and proactively flag upcoming deadlines and risks in collaboration with Senior IT Contract Managers.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the contract owners and business stakeholders, i.e.provide clear, practical guidance on contractual obligations, risks, and suggested revisions, aligned with internal policies and governance.
- Draft, review, and propose revisions to contractual documents (e.g., order forms, SOWs), translating business needs into clear contractual language.

Key qualifications:
- Good working knowledge of Vendor & Contract Management practices, including contract lifecycle management and governance processes (preferably World Commerce & Contracting).
- Ability to manage contractual and commercial topics with increasing independence, knowing when to seek guidance and escalate to Senior IT Contract Managers.
- 3–5 years of experience supporting and managing IT contracts and supplier relationships, ideally across categories such as SaaS, cloud (IaaS/PaaS), software licensing, professional services, IT consultancy, and/or software development outsourcing agreements.
- Experience working in a multinational and/or global organization, including multi-country stakeholder management and exposure to global governance/approval processes.
- Experience in IT sourcing, knowledge on the global IT market and current trends, as well as ability to perform critical price benchmarking is a plus
- Good understanding of typical IT contracting models, such as SLAs, KPIs, pricing models, renewals, audit rights, IP, data protection, information security requirements, and third-party risk management.
- Fluent English (spoken and written); comfortable drafting and reviewing IT contract language and explaining key terms to both business and technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Law, Business, Economics, Procurement, or a relevant technical discipline; alternatively, equivalent experience with strong contractual, commercial, and negotiation skills.
