Main purpose of the position
We are looking for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations Specialist to join our Group Information Security team. The IAM team ensures that all digital identities at ISS have appropriate and necessary access to systems and applications. You will play a key role in supporting enterprise authentication and identity lifecycle platforms, including SailPoint IdentityIQ and Entra ID, ensuring secure access management within the organization.
What you’ll do:
- Provide operational support for Identity and Access Management activities, including user provisioning and de-provisioning.
- Monitor, maintain, and support IAM systems such as SailPoint IdentityIQ and Entra ID.
- Handle L2/L3 support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution within agreed service levels.
- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize IAM processes, ensuring security and efficiency.
- Maintain and update IAM-related policies, procedures, and documentation.
Who you’ll work with:
- You will be part of the IAM team within the Group Information Security department, working alongside IT Change Management, Development, Engineering, and Quality Assurance teams.
- You will also collaborate with L2/L3 engineering support, the Help Desk, business end users, global IT, and application owners to ensure smooth IAM operations.
Key qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in IAM operations, identity lifecycle management, or access control.
- Strong knowledge of IAM platforms: SailPoint IdentityIQ, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
- Experience with authentication and SSO technologies, including LDAP and enterprise directories.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Beanshell, PowerShell, or Java.
- Familiarity with IT systems administration and troubleshooting (Windows, databases, SQL).
