Main purpose of the position:
- Generate business value from IT assets throughout their entire lifecycle to minimize risks of non-compliance, ensure cost efficiency and to ensure secure and compliant usage of assets
- Assure that FlexeraOne applications stack is implemented, configured, available to the best extend and bringing value for stakeholders
- Build up a strong ITAM and FinOps culture across the organization driving awareness, highlighting their value, and implementing effective processes and standards. Facilitating seamless collaboration across different teams and key stakeholders
What you’ll do:
- Define, implement and execute on the ITAM and FinOps strategy, policies and procedures for ISS.
- Provide continuous monitoring and data-driven optimization of the software and hardware asset portfolio, avoiding compliance risks and identifying cost saving opportunities at local and global level.
- Provide continuous maintenance and development of FlexeraOne application stack in collaboration with Flexera.
- Conduct regular internal audits and assessments to ensure compliance with software licensing terms and conditions. Identify any potential compliance gaps or risk.
- Develop and implement license usage policies and guidelines to ensure compliance and optimize license utilization.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define policies that align with business needs and industry best practices
- Contribute to the preparation and spend monitoring of budget for software products and licenses
- Drive relations management with key internal stakeholders and communicate changes across the organization.
- Collaborate with the IT Procurement department in the negotiation of global software and hardware agreements with the aim to implement the optimal contractual setup.
- Coordinate with the IT Finance department to ensure alignment between ITAM and IT budgeting processes.
Who you’ll work with:
- Collaboration with internal team and external suppliers
- Cooperate with IT teams in the Group and countries regarding ITAM (also consolidation and globalization of ITAM processes)
- Partner with other IT Teams like Infrastructure, Architecture, Global Information Security, DevSecOps and Cloud Operations
Key qualifications:
- Master Degree in IT or other relevant domain but the most important factor is the professional experience within the area of responsibility for the position.
- Technical experience with IT Asset Management tools, in particular with FlexeraOne (ITAM, SaaS, Cloud, IT Visibility, etc.)
- Technical acumen in regard to IT infrastructure (on-prem and cloud)
- Knowledge of licensing rules and metrics of large IT suppliers such as Microsoft, IBM, SAP, Oracle, VMware, Adobe and Autodesk will be an advantage
- Experience handling vendor relationships to maximize value creation and costs for software licensing and hardware offerings will be an advantage
