We are currently looking for a Global People Data Analytics Lead to join us in our HQ Hub based in Warsaw, reporting into the Head of Global Data Management & Analytics.

In this role you will drive development of people analytics capability and provide analytics support to our stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with our People & Culture community and engage directly with senior leadership across different functions.  You'll also have the opportunity to build people data analysts’ team.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Proactively drive people analytics projects for Group P&C and local leadership teams
  • Develop and drive reporting and analytics service model.
  • Utilize statistical and analytical tools to interpret HR data and generate actionable insights
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive reports and visualizations by simplifying complex data into engaging stories and communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Provide guidance on the interpretation of HR data and insights to improve decision-making and employee experience
  • Support the implementation and improvement of analytics tools, dashboards, reporting and analytics frameworks
  • Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, ensuring continuous development and high performance

 

Key qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analytics and working with large datasets, preferably within HR.
  • Business acumen
  • Knowledge of People/HR specific KPIs, metrics, processes and industry practices.
  • Have a proven track record of managing analytics initiatives in large organizations
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization software (e.g. Power BI).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing a team.
