We are currently looking for a Global People Process Owner to join us in our HQ Hub based in Warsaw, reporting into the Head of Global Data Management & Analytics. In this role you will primarily focus on people data related processes, including Global Job Catalogue governance.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and document, as per company standards, processes related to People & Culture function like recruitment, onboarding, workforce administration, data management or people analytics
- Manage and update Global Job Catalogue, establish governance framework, coordinate task with Rewards, Learning & Development and other stakeholders
- Ensure that P&C processes are implemented effectively and monitor their performance
- Drive People process harmonization and standardization in conjunction with the introduction and further development of People@ISS, in close alignment with global IT and countries
- Drive continuous people process improvement with an end end-to-end view, including interfaces to payroll and other local processes
- Drive and support People process related projects within Group People & Culture.
Key qualifications:
- Relevant experience with the harmonization and standardization of business processes with an end-to-end view in a global matrix organization
- Experience with HR process, job analysis, data management is crucial
- Relevant knowledge of HR systems and experience with HR system rollouts is a clear plus
- Advanced business proficiency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Convincing personality with strong communication skills to drive results in a complex global matrix organisation
- High service and customer orientation mind and the ability to prioritize and provide quick support to internal stakeholders, colleagues, employees, and managers.
