Main purpose of the position:
The Onestream platform is the basis for all the group´s key financial processes like the external reporting to the stock exchange, FP&A activities internally, daily cash management, tracking the closing of the local books as well as many other tasks.
What you’ll do:
As part of Financial Systems, one of your main responsibilities will be:
- The 1st/2nd level support to the finance community in ISS, that includes Group and country Finance organisations, collaborating with OneStream Projects department on issue resolution. That responsibility also requires you to update and write SOP´s as the need arises.
- You will be responsible for conducting training of the user community on an ongoing basis in the use of the different aspects of the application as well onboarding new users in OneStream. This is an import an integral part of keeping the quality and timeliness high in our reporting.
- You will participate in projects on development and implementation of new analyses and reporting models, especially collaborating with countries on automating the loading of data from local ERP systems to OneStream.
Who you’ll work with:
- You will be part of the OneStream Operations department, located within the Group Finance organisation. The department currently consists of three people, responsible for providing 1st and 2nd level Support, maintaining, and developing OneStream, as well as supporting a global user base.
Key qualifications:
- A university degree in finance or accounting with exposure to IT systems beyond Office products. It could also be a degree in IT with an exposure to finance or accounting in a previous position.
- Experience with OneStream would be an asset.
- Experience with data integration would be an asset.
- Other relevant experiences could be Hyperion tools, Tagetik, IBM TM1, SAP BPC
- You are an experienced user of the Office suite and Excel in particularly including macros/VBA and #C
- You are fluent in English writing and speaking.
