Main purpose of the position
The increased focus on IT agenda in ISS will make ISS the technology leader in the international facility services industry. ISS is looking to hire a Financial Analyst with business acumen and finance and accounting skills. You will have great opportunities to grow and be part of leading the agenda in IT finance. As a Financial Analyst, you will, together with the Business Controllers team, ensure strong finance management of an exciting and expanding technology agenda, and ensuring value add to ISS continued growth. Specifically, you will take part in shaping the role and will be responsible for establishing and running the right approach to forecasting and re-charging our countries. You be a strong part of the controlling and the reporting.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Participate monthly forecasting process and budget,
  • Important role in our re-charges and pricing models,
  • Financial controlling and review of monthly actuals (PL/BS) including specified project controlling,
  • Help identify and flag issues early and take part in deciding on required actions,
  • Liaise and inter-link with the IT operations team providing support on a daily basis,
  • Helping to identify risks early and support when and where challenges arise,
  • Help facilitate business decisions based on facts,
  • Take part in month end closing, re-charging countries.

 

Who you’ll work with:

  • Functional- and product managers and the controller teams in HQ.

 

Key professional and personal qualifications:

  • Strong accounting capabilities,
  • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant work experience on the similar role,
  • Bachelor in finance/accounting or from the similar field,
  • Strong MS Office and excellent knowledge of Excel,
  • Experience with Navision, OneStream and Coupa is a benefit, but not a prerequisite,
  • Ability to take responsibility, think proactively and work independently, yet with a strong team ethic,
  • Stakeholder management skills,
  • Ambitious, structured and analytical,
  • Fluent in English.
