Main purpose of the position:

We are looking to hire a Finance manager to take on a central role in our Business Finance organization, partner with Tech leaders and manage the financial processes. Your role is to estimate and manage the financial effects of high-profile IT projects. You will be connected to 3 of our biggest units in IT and be the lead of the reporting and analysis that supports business optimization. Together with the Business Controllers team, you’ll ensure strong performance  management and operational controlling of an exciting and expanding technology agenda. You will be responsible for establishing and running the controlling and management reporting of financial progress and status of IT projects relative to budgets and business plans, while at the same time ensuring correct and compliant accounting.
 

What you’ll do:

• Lead monthly BRM with senior management,
• Facilitate financial performance to ensure predictability, transparency, and compliance,
• Financial controlling and review of monthly actuals (PL/BS) including taking care of journals within your responsibilities
• Follow-up on results and performance versus budgets and business cases,
• Help identify and flag issues early and take part in deciding on required actions,
• Facilitating and monitoring inter-company transactions for IT products,
• Preparation of monthly reports and presentations,
• Participation in budget planning and forecast processes,
• Liaise and inter-link with the IT operations team providing support on a daily basis,
• Ensuring high performance - by helping to identify risks early and support when and where challenges arise,
• Help facilitate business decisions based on facts,
• Taking part in building business cases for new investments, defining the commercial models for costs recovery, and estimate and track pay-back periods,
• Participating in commercializing IT products through evaluating both costs and benefits.

Who you’ll work with:

• Senior management and product responsible in GITDS and cooperate with the controllers in GITDS Finance

Key professional skills you excel:

• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant work experience,

• Strong skills in developing and maintaining reports and presentation required, to track and communicate progress to key stakeholders,
• Strong accounting, modelling as well as Financial Planning and Analysis skills,
• Master's degree in finance/accounting or a similar field,
• Strong MS Office and excellent knowledge of Excel,
• Experience with Navision, OneStream and Coupa is a benefit, but not a prerequisite,
• Fluent in English.
