As the FMS Training Manager you will have an influencing role supporting the success of a large IT program in a multinational company Our Global Facility Management Software Training Academy’s mission is to deliver high-quality, effective, and scalable training and training materials to over 18,000 users spread over 58 countries.

Main purpose of the position

Support defining the training strategy and execute the strategy within the framework for the ISS’s global facility management application “FMS@ISS” to ensure that the documentation (various formats) is updated per release and the FMS@ISS knowledge of the users is continuously improved.

Guarantee the knowledge transfer and the adoption of the standard business processes that are supported by FMS@ISS.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Support defining the training strategy for FMS@ISS
  • Execute the FMS@ISS training strategy as per the framework, and create, and implement an FMS@ISS Academy solution.
  • Perform a knowledge gap analysis and create an action plan for closing the gap.
  • Give directions to the L&D – FMS Instructional Designer to ensure that training needs are translated into training solutions (i.e. E-Learning).
  • Give directions and support to the FMS Technical writer/content specialist.
  • Ensure that all documentation is up to date per new release of FMS@ISS and clearly communicate the changes to the FMS community.
  • Develop and execute training plans, training materials, and classes, provide software instructions to the ISS employees.

Key qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in people management
  • Proven experience within Learning and Development
  • Solid experience with creating and maintaining training documentation, running, and setting up training programs
  • Must have 1-2 years of experience with IT applications and/or change management
  • Must have a Fluency in English
  • Must have Experience with BPMN Processes (ability to read and understand BPMN process)
  • Facility Management experience is an advantage
