Main purpose of the position:
The FMS System Team Lead is heading up a team of technicians and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers to deliver a secure, stable, performing and scalable platform to deliver IT solutions that improves ISS operational performance.
The role will be critical during data center to cloud migration activivities, ensuring that interim dual running is managed and that strong IT operations principles are established for Cloud setup.
The FMS System Team Lead strives towards a collaborative approach across the FMS Product delivery and ensures that technical blockers for implementing DevOps are removed or mitigated.
What you’ll do:
- Responsible for automation of build, test, and deployment process of one or multiple applications including tool chain
- Responsible for build, maintenance, and operations of software development environments to facilitate the automation of build, test, and deployment of software
- Responsible for design, implementation, and operations of cloud-based software operation platforms
- Responsible to develop and implement best practices and how-to guides for DevOps practices in collaboration with software development teams and SOC
- Participate in system architecture definition to ensure fit for available operation platforms and optimal use of cloud offerings
- Ensure security of software operation platforms by constant improvement and application of security and other library updates

Key qualifications:
- 3 years experience leading a technical IT team or similar leadership experience
- Expertise in build, control, integration, automation and orchestration tools
- Expertise in cloud computing, security and orchestration
- Study to university degree level of natural sciences, computer science, business, or an equivalent experience
- IBM TRIRIGA Application Consultant or Developer certification is meriting.…
