Position Purpose: 

As an integral part of our global Employee Experience function, the EX Consultant will serve as an internal consultant to all markets in all topics related to Employee Experience surveys, analytics, and related processes to deliver consistent monitoring and improvements in employee engagement, driving maximum ROI from a global Qualtrics implementation across over 300,000 employees.

Reporting to the Head of Employee Insights, this role is critical to ISS's strategy of becoming a leading frontline employer and delivering on a strategic priority to measure and improve employee engagement at all key moments in the employee lifecycle.

 

The EX Consultant will support the successful design, implementation, and management of various survey projects, including our annual global engagement survey and new portfolio of lifecycle surveys, ensuring that employee feedback is effectively captured analysed and used effectively to drive meaningful improvements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement engagement, lifecycle and ad hoc surveys across the 300,000-people-strong organisation
  • Review, analyse, and present survey results and help transform findings into actions on various organisational levels
  • As part of an Employee Experience COE, provide consultation to internal stakeholders ensuring alignment with global standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with global and local People and Culture teams to continuously enhance the value of EX technology platforms and ensure alignment with overall program goals.
  • Project management at small scale, including documentation and administration of technology platform

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must have: 3+ years of experience with Employee/Customer Experience Consulting or Employee/Customer/Product/Market Research or with HR Processes and Technology
  • Must have: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time
  • Must have: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Must have: Very high level of English proficiency
  • Strongly preferred: Experience with Qualtrics, SPSS, Power BI, or SAP Analytical Cloud or similar platforms
  • Strongly preferred: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations for improvements
  • Strongly preferred: Bachelor/Master in Statistics, Sociology, Psychology
