Job Title: EHS System Super User (Data Steward & System Administrator)
Location: Poland or UK
Job Summary:
We are seeking a versatile professional to serve as both Data Steward and System gate keeper, responsible for managing the integrity, security, and performance of organizational data and IT systems. This hybrid role ensures that data assets are accurate, accessible, and compliant, while also maintaining the infrastructure that supports these systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across systems.
- Develop and maintain data dictionaries, catalogs, and taxonomies.
- Collaborate with business units to understand data requirements and resolve discrepancies.
- Conduct regular data audits and implement data privacy policies (e.g., GDPR).
- Support data migration, transformation, and validation processes.
- Train staff on data management best practices.
- Document system configurations and IT policies.
- Support remote access and secure connectivity for users.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in data management and IT system administration.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and privacy regulations.
- Nice to have, proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data analysis tools.
- Experience with network protocols, firewalls, and security systems.
Preferred Certifications:
- Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)
- Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)
- AWS Solutions Architect or equivalent

- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- Project management and multitasking capabilities
