Main purpose of the position

As ISS continues to implement the P2P@ISS systems (Coupa, Routty and Kofax) globally, we have an increasing need to support the live countries with day-to-day issues and queries, improvement requests and larger scale changes. This position is part of the team ensuring we achieve this, while maintaining good governance over such processes.

 

Support

You will be responsible for responding to and resolving more complex queries from live countries relating to the P2P@ISS systems. You will be involved in release testing for Coupa, and ensure global and live country documentation is kept up to date with any technical changes.

 

Product Development

When improvement requests or larger projects (for example changes to a live country’s ERP) are received, you will provide support in investigating options and implementing solutions which are approved through the governance framework. You will also be expected to put forward ideas for improvements of the overall stability and scalability of P2P@ISS systems.

 

Key expectations:

You should have experience of working with administration for Coupa P2P modules, with good technical knowledge of the platform. Experience of working with invoice management/Accounts Payable solutions is advantageous.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Respond and resolve Jira tickets for more complex P2P@ISS queries within SLAs.
  • Participate in community forums with live country key users.
  • Support countries in discussions with suppliers on integration with Coupa in area of e-ordering and e-invoicing (CSP, cXML).
  • Provide analysis and recommendations in response to requests for improvements, and implement approved solutions.
  • Support with Coupa release testing, including communication with live countries.

Key qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience working with Coupa P2P modules and platform administration (Ideally, Coupa certification covering this.)
  • Strong MS Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of cXML and API connections is an advantage
