Business Analyst - Global IT, Digitalisation & Service

Main purpose of the position:

ISS is looking to hire a Business Analyst to drive process improvements, automation and ensuring that financial operations, performance management and business controlling activities supporting Finance Business Partners for GITDS are streamlined and effective.

What you’ll do:

• Analyse and document current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, automation and developing strategies for enhancements.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and visualizations to aid in understanding business performance.
• Support and participate in rolling forecast process.
• Support business controllers in monthly activities.
• Create and maintain detailed process documentation, functional specifications, process flows, and data models.
• Perform data discovery, analysis, and modelling to support strategic decisions.
• Participate in new system and tools implementations, including requirements gathering and testing.

Key qualifications:

• At least 3 years professional experience as a Business Analyst or similar position.
• Strong knowledge of Excel/VBA, SQL and Power Query.
• Fluent English.
• Knowledge of Power BI /Tableu or willingness to develop in this area is a nice to have, but not mandatory.
• Ability to perform in-depth data and process analysis.
• Ability to analyse and document processes and data flow.
• Problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot complex issues and develop effective solutions.
• Adaptability to evolving technologies and business needs.
• Ability to think proactively and work independently, yet with a strong team ethic.
