Main purpose of the position:

We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Automation Developer & Business Analyst to join our team. In this dual role, you will analyze, design, and implement automation solutions that enhance our business processes. Leveraging RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and Low-Code technologies, you will work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver effective, scalable solutions while ensuring optimal system performance and business accuracy.
 

What you’ll do:

• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and ensure solutions meet performance and accuracy standards.
• Design, develop, and test automation applications using Power Platform technologies (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Automation Anywhere.
• Manage, optimize, and enhance existing automation solutions to ensure continuous improvement.
• Document process flows, technical specifications, and user guides for automation solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions, addressing issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Share knowledge and best practices within the RPA community to foster a culture of innovation.
   

Key qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in RPA, specifically with Automation Anywhere.
• Experience in integrating RPA with low-code and workflow solutions.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into automated solutions.
• Proficiency with tools such as GIT, JIRA, and ServiceNow, and experience working in a SCRUM/Agile environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to document processes effectively.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
• Proficient in English, enabling effective communication across teams.
• Self-motivated and proactive in suggesting process improvements.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in developing solutions using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus.
   

Key qualifications:

• Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS).
• Ability to write SQL queries for data manipulation.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and their integration.
• Understanding of BPMN/UML notation.
