Main purpose of the position:
In the role of Atlassian Consultant, your primary focus is to offer expertise and guidance in implementing and customizing Atlassian products. You'll act as a pivotal link between clients, IT teams, and key stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services aimed at achieving consistent and efficient utilization of Atlassian solutions.
What you’ll do:
- Driving your own projects, from design through planning to execution
- Managing process implementation (IT and Business) on the platform
- Building up new functionalities based on user needs
- Improving the user experience around services
- Drive Business Analysis of Customer's Functional Requirements
Key qualifications:
- Similar experience / position held in global or large companies 3 -5 years
- Proven experience as a Atlassian Administrator or Atlassian Consultant with documented results in demand management and implementing new requests
- Good understanding and experience of business, operations and its processes in general with focus on IT processes
- Self-starter and proactive in identifying business needs and opportunities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
