Main purpose of the position

Main goal of the person working as an Accountant is to work at Group level on various accounting areas for HQ entity. Accountant will work with many internal and external stakeholders, delivering them relevant level of guidance throughout Group Accounting related topics. This role requires also an effort to build and maintain the internal controls on the processes aligned to Group policies.

What you’ll do:

• Maintaining accounting data & financial reporting from Group perspective
• Review and posting of accruals, prepayments, reclasses and other journals
• Working with intercompany charges
• Preparing BS accounts reconciliations in line with group policies
• Performing month/quarter/year end activities in books
• Providing support to internal & external auditors
• Preparing statistics and reports to management, etc.
• Taking care of Accounts Payable- master data, vendor payments, etc.

Key qualifications:

• Relevant finance and/or accounting education
• IFRS and/or US GAAP standards knowledge
• At least 3-years work experience in corporate accounting environment
• Strong understanding of intercompany charges & GL processes
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Experience with ERP systems
• Navision & OneStream systems experience – Nice to have
