The position
The key purpose of the role is to support the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. You will play a key role in supporting the coordination and execution of various IT projects with a focus in Test Management. With training and coaching to support you, your responsibilities will include assisting with Test & task planning, execution, maintaining documentation, and tracking progress using tools like Jira and MS Project.
You’ll help organize and participate in meetings, communicate with stakeholders about building quality through test, and ensure timely follow-up on action items. Additionally, you’ll support testing and deployment activities, help train users to generate test plans and contribute to keeping project files structured and up to date. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable experience in IT Test & Project coordination within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

The position is based at our Danish headquarters in Søborg and offer you flexible working hours to accommodate your studies.
About you
As our potential new Student Assistant, you don’t need to tick every dot below – but perhaps you see yourself possessing some of the following competencies

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Danish & English)

Familiarity with test concepts or project management tools and methodologies is a plus
-
Basic understanding of IT systems and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
-
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies are a plus
-
Knowledge of tools like Jira and MS Teams
