Søborg, DK, 2860

Are you eager to learn how IT innovation is driven in a large, international organization? Curious about how AI, automation and innovation are applied in practice – not just theory? Are you looking for a role where your curiosity and drive matter more than knowing everything from day one?

Then you might be who we are looking for. Apply today and start your IT career journey with one of the biggest C25 companies in Denmark.

The position

The primary task of the Student Assistant in IT Innovation is to support the development, testing and implementation of new digital solutions, working closely with both business stakeholders and technology specialists.

You will become part of ISS Denmark’s IT innovation area, where we work hands-on with technologies such as AI, IoT and automation and help translate new possibilities into real business value.

In addition, your responsibilities will include, among others:

  • Supporting and facilitating workshops, training sessions and sparring with the business
  • Assisting with support, testing and further development of new digital solutions
  • Contributing to innovation and pilot projects across AI, automation and emerging technologies
  • Collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to understand needs and opportunities
  • Documenting solutions, key learnings and processes
  • Participating in the exploration and evaluation of new tools and technologies

You will join our competent IT department, where innovation, collaboration and knowledge sharing are core to how we work. We collaborate closely with the business to ensure that technology supports operational excellence and future growth.

You´ll become part of the IT Innovation team, consisting of highly skilled and professional colleagues who value curiosity, initiative and collaboration.

The position is based at our Danish headquarters in Søborg. As of 1 October 2026, we will move from our current offices in Søborg to brand‑new, modern facilities in Lygtehusene on Fyrbødervej in Copenhagen NV.

About you

As our new Student Assistant, we imagine that you:

  • Are currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree with a combination of business and IT
  • Have a strong interest in technology, innovation and digital transformation
  • Are curious, proactive and eager to learn new tools and concepts
  • Possess good business understanding and can translate between technical and non-technical perspectives
  • Communicate clearly in Danish and English, both written and spoken

Coding experience is not a requirement. We value curiosity, drive and the ability to think analytically and holistically more than specific technical skills.

You are structured and open-minded and enjoy working in a collaborative environment where you can gradually take on more responsibility. With a curious and proactive mindset, you contribute positively to the team and are motivated by turning ideas into practical solutions.

You thrive in close collaboration with others, value knowledge sharing, and take pride in supporting shared goals and team success.
