This role is ideal for a student who enjoys working with data, is curious about how businesses make people‑related decisions, and wants to see how analytics can create positive impact for both the organization and its people. - Assist with operational tasks linked to Talent Management processes (e.g. People Review, succession planning)
- Structure, document, and maintain datasets, templates, and process documentation so they are clear, traceable, and easy to reuse
- Help identify data issues, patterns, or improvement opportunities, and proactively suggest better ways of working with data
- Collaborate with colleagues in People & Culture and People & Data Analytics when data or process coordination is needed
Who you’ll work with:
You will report directly to the Head of Group Talent Management and work closely with colleagues across Group People & Culture, in particular the People Data Management & Analytics team. The role has exposure to data and stakeholders across multiple countries.
Key qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme (e.g. Business, Engineering, Economics, Data Analytics, HR, Social Sciences, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data modelling in Excel (knowledge of Power BI or similar platforms is an advantage)
- Ability to structure data, spot inconsistencies, and work systematically with large datasets
- Comfortable working in English in a global context
- Interest in how data supports decision‑making related to people, leadership, and business performance
Personal skills you excel:
- Curious and eager to understand the story behind the numbers
- Structured, detail‑oriented, and reliable when working with data
- Able to work independently while proactively seeking guidance, asking questions, and being open to feedback and learning.
- Collaborative and comfortable interacting with different stakeholders
