Senior Transformation Manager

We are searching for a Senior Transformation Manager to ensure the delivery of an in-depth transformation of the way we operate and report on our key accounts by driving a defined transformation process in selected countries. The goal being to roll-out the new Facility Management System (FMS) and corresponding management processes

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the transformation of a set of key accounts in multiple countries around the world through the standardized use of our new Facility Management System (FMS)
  • Responsible to take the corresponding country organizations through a defined transformation process to move them from their current state of operation to a unified way of operating and reporting on our key accounts. He/she will guide local organizations through the establishment of new processes to manage data, manage the operation of key accounts and later train the local organizations to drive the transformation of their remaining key accounts themselves
  • SME on the FMS system and processes used to standardize our operation globally
  • Transition and transformation of local accounts. Drive and monitor value case for FMS@ISS. Change management and transformation of FMS@ISS and related business processes. Input to FMS@ISS functionality road-map


Success in the role will be measured on the candidate’s ability to:

  • Successfully transforming the first key accounts in a country, leading them to operate based on the new FMS processes and principles
  • Running the transformation process as defined and continuously improving it based on feedback received in the countries
  • Becoming the country’s key point of contact in the Group Business Process Transformation function regarding their FMS Transformation
  • Building strong relationships with the local teams allowing us to follow-up on the transformation in these countries, also when we have completed the transformation of the first key accounts
  • Setting the right KPI’s in place and monitoring the countries’ own roll-out and transformation once the first accounts have been transformed


Personal & Professional Qualifications

  • Strong project management background and a natural change leader capable of driving change in country organisations
  • Ready to be held accountable for the progress of the account transformation progress in his/her allocated geographies
  • Pragmatic approach driving transformation progress also when obstacles present themselves
  • High drive and energy level. Guidance and change-orientated. Passionate about developing the business through continuous improvement and new ideas. Strong in stakeholder and relationship management
