Main purpose of the position:
You will join a high-impact, globally recognised Group Supply Chain & Procurement team with a strong track record of driving business outcomes that support ISS’s corporate strategy. As a Project Manager, you will lead and support strategic, cross-country and region initiatives that deliver savings, unlock productivity, and elevate quality through scalable, data-driven solutions. You will take end-to-end ownership of key project workstreams, applying a consulting-grade toolbox and engaging with stakeholders worldwide. Depending on your level of experience, the position could be either a project manager level og senipr project manager level position.
What you’ll do, besides being part of a fantastic team:
- Lead and support advanced category analyses to challenge status quo and identify untapped opportunities
- Facilitate and drive workshops and decision-making forums to unlock alignment and speed of execution
- Embed our dual supplier strategy across geographies, ensuring operational resilience and competitive advantage
- Co-lead one of the most significant global supplier partnerships in our portfolio, delivering procurement excellence
- Design and deliver savings initiatives that optimise ISS’s cost base while raising quality, service consistency, and innovation across markets
Who you’ll work with:
- You will work cross-functionally across the enterprise with stakeholders in countries and HQ, including Group Supply Chain & Procurement, Global Operations, and Business Performance, shaping strategic decisions at a global scale
- You will partner daily with the core team managing one of ISS’s largest, most strategic supplier relationships
- You will collaborate with senior stakeholders at all organisational levels, influencing roadmaps and business outcomes
Key qualifications:
- Master’s degree, e.g. in Law, Business, Economics, Operations, Supply Chain Management or Political/Social Science
- 4–8 years’ experience in a top-tier management consulting firm or a blue-chip multinational corporation with proven track record of delivering high-impact results
- Demonstrated expertise in Project Management and Change Management on complex, multi-country initiatives
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI, with ability to create Executive-level presentations and data-driven insights
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken), with exceptional business communication skills
- Personal skills you excel:
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity and impact to stakeholders at all levels
- Diplomatic yet persuasive; skilled at building objective, data-backed cases for action and presenting them assertively
- Demonstrated result orientation and drive and are open to new approaches and alternative means in order to accomplish results.
