Main purpose of the position:

The project aims at introducing a new AI enabled recruitment platform to significantly reduce time to fill and enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience. In your role, you will lead the project management of the implementation of our recruiting technical stack and work closely with the TA Centre of Excellence Lead, group stakeholders and country project teams throughout the implementation. This will entail developing project plans, working closely with the process leads and implementation specialists in the country, group and vendor to ensure that the solution is implemented in the best possible manner and key parameters of the business case are delivered. We anticipate a multi-year implementation plan, which will include stage gates to measure benefit realization across different countries.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Business cases: Development of country level and enterprise-wide business cases, ability to model different cost and benefit scenarios and able to explain and sell the business cases for attracting adequate investment and participation of country organizations
  • Project Planning: Work with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource requirements, and budget estimates.
  • Resource Allocation: Identify project team members and assign responsibilities. Coordinate with managers in country and group to allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project activities.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address potential challenges and ensure project success.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions to stakeholders, team members, and senior management through regular meetings, reports, and presentations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including business leaders, clients, vendors, and team members. Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns or conflicts in a timely and professional manner. Ability to build a community of subject matter experts in countries.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project expenditures and track budget variances. Work with finance and accounting teams to ensure that project costs are accurately forecasted, reported, and managed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors’ project delivery team to ensure adherence to the project plans, sign off on critical stage gates including ensuring quality of testing and documentation.

 

 

Key qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of project management experience from global organizations within people technical system implementations 
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as Agile, Scrum and Waterfall.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and with the ability to communicate technical solution in a user-friendly way.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Experienced in MS Excel and proven experience of modeling and scenario planning in the context of business cases.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana, for creating project plans, tracking progress, and managing tasks.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure and technology trends, with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project Management Professional certification or equivalent preferred.
