Main purpose of the position
The project coordinator will be part of the Chief People & Technology (CPTO) Office team who is supporting the agenda of the Group Chief People & Technology Officer. In this role, you will be instrumental in increasing efficiency, alignment and consistency by planning, coordination and preparation of planned and ad-hoc day-to-day meetings and tasks of the CPTO Office. In addition, you will work closely with the European Area People & Culture Directors in driving the area and country P&C agendas and ensure knowledge-sharing across countries and ISS Group. As a project coordinator in the CPTO Office you will manage a broad range of stakeholders and get exposure to various functions and markets of the business.
What you’ll do:
- Provide day-to-day support to Head of People & Technology Office with managing tasks on the agenda of the People & Culture Senior Leadership Team
- Work closely with P&C Director of Austria and Finland in driving area P&C boards of Central & Southern Europe and Northern Europe
- Project manage across countries related to strategic priorities
- Facilitate communication across Europe allowing best practices to flourish, ideas to be shared, and challenges solved collectively
- Organising area P&C leadership activities in Regional Boards as well as across countries including conferences, large meetings, etc.
- Provide administrative and shared services support to P&C Senior Leadership centre of excellence teams

Key qualifications:
- Min. 2 years of experience with project management and diary and meeting planning
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience with navigating diverse and complex stakeholder groups
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Attentive to details while having the ability to uphold a steady work pace
- Ability to work structured and confidently on multiple projects and tasks at the same time
- Business acumen and preferably experience from working in an international organisation.

Success Criteria
- Ability to work independently, consistently and reliably with task-solving and project coordination across CPTO Office and Area P&C agendas.
- Successfully support more efficient, aligned and consistent working processes.
- Efficiently provide administrative support to the wider P&C senior leadership team.
