The Job Role as Network Engineer:

The primary purpose of the Network Engineer with a focus on automation is to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of our global network infrastructure through innovative automation solutions. This role is critical in reducing manual processes, minimizing downtime, and ensuring seamless network operations by implementing cutting-edge automation technologies. The engineer will play a key role in driving the company's technological advancement and operational excellence.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and implement automated network solutions to optimize performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate automation into existing network systems.
• Diagnose and resolve network issues.
• Implement new network standards that you define

Key qualifications:

• Professional experience in network engineering and automation.
• Solid knowledge of routing and switching.
• Experience with BGP, SDWAN, and VPN technologies.
• Proficiency in managing Palo Alto Firewalls.
• Knowledge in monitoring with CheckMK and other tools like NetFlow.
• Experience in automation with Python, Ansible, Terraform and Nautobot.
• Experience with cloud services such as Azure and AWS.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international team.

• Good English skills, both written and spoken, additional language skills are a plus.

• Proven ability to turn complex problems into actionable plans and deliver results.
