The position


We have established the foundation, now we need you to take our customer & market insight function to the next level. 

 

You´ll play a key role in shaping strategic direction by continuously monitoring market and customer developments, competitor movements, and service industry trends — ensuring these insights are effectively leveraged across the Commercial team and the broader ISS organization. You’ll help strengthen our core sales processes and contribute to initiatives aimed at shaping a strong, focused, and forward-looking commercial approach. 

 

In addition, your responsibilities will include, among others:  

 

•    Own and drive the insight into the Danish FM market, through collecting and combining data about customers, competitors & marketplace
•    Translate our insights into actionable sales tools, reports, presentations and recommendations towards our Commercial Team, Country Leadership Team, Business Units and Operations Performance
•    Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation
•    Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties researches and implement best practices
•    Own, drive and report on the Customer Engagement Survey, Win/Loss & other survey initiatives across the business
•    Compile and analyse statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it

The position is based at our Danish headquarters in Søborg, offering flexibility in work location and hours.

 

About you

You are an excellent communicator, outgoing, a keen team player and you’re able to engage with both local and global stakeholders at all levels of the organization.


We imagine you bring a blend of the following strengths and experiences with you:


•    Masters Degree with experience from a similar role or from working as internal/external consultant
•    Strong commercial mindset and proven experience with defining, deploying and activating market & customer insight initiatives in a B2B market
•    Proven track record of driving improvement projects and initiatives
•    Solid business, analytical and critical thinking mindset, with the ability to handle large datasets
•    Solid experience with Excel & Business Intelligence, preferably PowerBI. Working knowledge with CRM programs
•    Excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all different levels, locally as well as globally
•    Experience in the Facility Management market is an advantage
•    High professional level in Danish and English, written and verbal
