The position
In this position, you will play an important part in making sure our systems work smoothly together and support our day-to-day business. You will design, build, and maintain integrations between different platforms, helping data move reliably and efficiently across the organization. This means working with everything from internal systems to external partners, ensuring that information is accurate, up to date, and available where it is needed.
You will also be involved in improving and optimizing existing integrations—finding smarter, more stable ways to connect systems and prevent issues before they arise. When challenges occur, you’ll help troubleshoot and identify solutions that keep things running.
You don’t need to know everything from day one—we value curiosity, a structured mindset, and a willingness to learn. What matters most is that you enjoy understanding how things work, asking questions, and continuously looking for better ways to connect systems and simplify processes. We’ll support you in developing your skills and growing in the role over time.
In addition, your responsibilities will include, among others:
- Design, build, and support integrations between our systems
- Ensure reliable and efficient data flow across platforms
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve integration solutions
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to deliver the right solutions
- Document integrations and support ongoing optimization
- Stay updated on technologies and suggest improvements
The position is based at our Danish headquarters in Søborg. We offer flexibility in terms of workplace and working hours, as long as it fits with your tasks and responsibilities.
From October 1, 2026, we will move to brand-new, modern office facilities in Lygtehusene, located on Fyrbødervej in Copenhagen NV.
About you
As our Integration Specialist, we imagine that you possess a combination of the following competencies:
- A relevant academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience with integration design and implementation
- Familiarity with IBM Cloud Pak or similar integration systems is an advantage.
- Superb analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
You are a collaborative and approachable team player who enjoys working across both technical and business teams. You have strong communication skills and can explain complex topics in a clear and simple way, making it easy for others to understand and engage.
You are curious and proactive, asking the right questions to fully understand needs and challenges before suggesting solutions. At the same time, you are structured and dependable, able to manage your tasks and follow through on commitments.
You build strong relationships with stakeholders and are comfortable working with different perspectives, balancing technical possibilities with business priorities. Most importantly, you bring a positive mindset and a willingness to learn and grow as part of a team.
