The position

Step into a role where technology and strategy meets people. In this role, you’ll make sure our technical solutions and services are continuously developed, implemented, and optimized to meet customer needs while driving our company’s strategy forward.

You will take full ownership of driving deployment of an operating model — from the initial idea all the way to successful implementation. You’ll connect business needs with technical execution, making sure our services run smoothly, deliver measurable value, and reflect what our customers truly need. You will oversee vendor deliverables and take responsibility for ensuring we maintain the highest standards and consistently deliver on our commitments

In addition, your responsibilities will include, among others:

• Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of technical solutions and services.
• Drive your own development projects from idea to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
• Ensure that solutions build trust and deliver measurable value to customers, strengthening long-term relationships.
• Contribute to the company’s digitalization and sustainability agenda by integrating new technologies and practices.
• Work closely with stakeholders and peers to align technical solutions with operational and strategic needs.

The position is based at our Danish headquarters in Søborg, and while flexibility is offered, we believe collaboration works best when we come together onsite.

About you
