About the role

We are seeking a talented Integration Specialist to join our IT team, dedicated to designing and implementing robust integration solutions. The primary focus of this role is to ensure the smooth and secure flow of data between software applications and systems. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our IT ecosystem. 

In addition, your tasks will include, among others: 

• Design and implement efficient integration solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze and address business requirements. 
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the organization's software applications and systems to ensure seamless data flow and compatibility. 
• Monitor and optimize data flow between diverse platforms, proactively identifying and resolving integration issues to maintain system reliability. 
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to align integration strategies with business objectives. 
• Generate comprehensive documentation for all implemented integrations, including technical specifications, configurations, and troubleshooting guides. 
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, providing recommendations for continuous improvement in integration capabilities. 

You will become part of our Integration team, where you will experience a close collaboration with IT, internal ISS colleagues and stakeholders from other departments from our offices in Denmark.

The position is based at our Danish headquarters in Søborg, with the possibility of flexibility regarding work location and working hours. About you

As our Integration Specialist, we imagine that you possess a combination of the following competencies and experience: 

• 1-2 years of relevant experience within integration design and implementation, or a recent graduate with a great academic background within Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
• Familiarity with IBM Cloud Pak or similar integration systems is an advantage. 
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. 

Moreover, you work in a structured manner and have a proactive mindset. You are passionate about creating efficient and secure data flows within a dynamic IT landscape. You are a team player who have the skills and enthusiasm to contribute to our team’s success in an informal working environment.
