Main purpose for the position:

As an IT Support at Global Service Desk in ISS, you will smooth our operation of systems, provide world-class services and ensure users get the maximum benefit from their tech devices. You will install and configure devices and provide IT Support for the organization. You will be dealing directly with colleagues who have technical issues, such as application issues, email issues, and forgotten passwords but also service requests, like new users, change of users, and procurement and maintenance of devices.

 

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • 1st and 2nd line support on devices and applications
  • Meeting room support and assistance
  • Continuous improvement of processes and tools
  • Receiving and answering Service Desk phone calls
  • Log, research, and resolve issues assigned to you in our ITSM platform

 

Professional Qualifications:

  • You should as a minimum have completed a relevant IT education
  • Preferably, a minimum of 1-2 years of experience within IT support function from a Worldwide enterprise, but not a must
  • Broad knowledge of Microsoft Office & M365 products
  • Support of Apple and Android devices
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • You should be proactive, walking the extra mile ensuring smooth and positive experience, solution-oriented, and make IT support effortless for our users.

  • Exceptional communications and customer service skills
  • You can quickly create a high-level overview of the task at hand, at the same time while still focusing on the details.
  • You thrive with repetitive tasks from time to time
  • You are autonomous and take initiatives independently to improve the ways you work, but at the same time appreciate a social and team environment
  • You thrive in a work environment, where it can be fast-paced from time to time
