ISS offers a position where you will be involved in both the execution of daily service delivery and in performing leadership tasks and supervising employees. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that daily operations are carried out on time and at a quality level that meets the customer’s expectations.
In the role as Supervisor/Tilsynsfunktionær, you will be responsible for leading and motivating employees, as well as planning and coordinating the daily cleaning operations at our client’s site. You will also manage materials and handle light administrative tasks, along with training new employees.
The position is 37 hours per week, primarily scheduled on weekdays during both daytime and evening hours, as agreed with your immediate manager. It is a prerequisite that you are flexible regarding your working hours, as some days may require early shifts while others may involve working later in the day or in the evening.
Efficient leader with strong customer understanding
As supervisor we expect you to be highly skilled in planning and a strong team player. Additionally, you should be driven by leading and distributing tasks.
As a Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise daily cleaning operations in Class C and Class D cleanrooms as well as CNC/NC (Controlled Not Classified / Not Classified) areas.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and company quality standards.
- Train, guide, and monitor cleaning staff.
- Conduct inspections and prepare documentation/reports.
- Communicate with management and production teams in English.
- Identify improvement areas and implement best practices.

Thorough, responsible, and quality conscious
We expect you to have:
- Proven experience with cleanroom cleaning (Class C & D) and knowledge of CNC/NC areas.
- Strong knowledge of GMP standards and cleanroom protocols.
- Leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage.
- You are quality conscious and have a strong sense of overview.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong sense of responsibility, quality, and attention to detail.
