Head of Capital Projects, Global Key Accounts

ISS World Services is looking for a GKA Head of Capital Projects, who will be responsible of implementing and sustaining a high standard of project delivery to enhance ISS's position within the project market, leading to growth within GKAs for existing Customers

Job Description

This position provides true leadership and responsibility for the strategic and tactical development and delivery of Capital Projects and MAC across growth GKAs. The key purpose is to develop the delivery model and manage resources across contracts, while securing compliance & risk.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsibility to organically grow Projects within identified accounts
  • Develop & Maintain Relationships with the ISS Country Team, Key Accounts, Global Operations and External Customers
  • P&L Accountability aligned to country
  • Commercial Governance & Practices
  • Developing the supply chain strategy including S/C Management
  • Support the Capital Projects Global Operations Team in the development and implementation of best practice processes and procedures to ensure high standard of service

 

 

Personal & Professional Qualifications

  • The candidate should be educated to a minimum of Degree or equivalent standard in a technical or management field. The person shall hold a recognised qualification in project management
  • Expertise and qualifications in a Construction, Engineering or Built Environment discipline would be a pre-requisite of the role
  • Preferably a minimum of 10 years’ experience operating at a Senior Manager Level within the building project and FM industry, preferably in the banking and manufacturing sectors / corporate environments / commercial offices
  • Demonstrate experience in managing projects to a value of DKK 50m or above
  • Demonstrate experience of managing Health & Safety compliance
  • Demonstrate experience of estimating project costs, and presenting high quality tender documents to customers
  • Demonstrate experience of leading/managing/supporting/coaching a Project Management Team to deliver quality projects to stakeholders
  • Target orientated, focus on quality and delivery to high standards and ensures development of self and others under their control
  • Strong People Management skills and ability to interface with diverse stakeholders
  • Possesses the ability to understand the key financial, labor, and material variables and identify to the business where improvements can be made
