Main purpose of the position:
As Group Talent Development Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering global talent priorities across performance management, succession and leadership development. You will help turn talent insights into meaningful actions, drive high-impact programmes, and support the development of strong talent pipelines across the business. The role reports to the Head of Group Talent Management.
 

 

What you’ll do:

  • Drive delivery and continuous improvement of Performance Management, supporting talent platforms, and other global talent processes. 
  • Lead execution of key programmes such as the Global Management Trainee Programme, talent pools and targeted development initiatives. 
  • Translate insights from People Review, succession planning and assessments into targeted development actions that strengthen leadership pipelines. 
  • Design and deliver practical development approaches for successors and high-potential talent, including mentoring, coaching and leadership development activities. 
  • Partner with regional and functional stakeholders, as well as external partners, to drive alignment, adoption and stronger collaboration across the global talent community. 
  • Lead projects end to end and deliver high-quality results in a complex global environment. 

 

Who you’ll work with:

  • You will report directly to the Head of Group Talent Management and work closely with colleagues across People & Culture (P&C Business Partners/COE teams), Area and Functional leaders, and external partners across markets.

 

Key qualifications:

  • Strong experience across talent & leadership development and talent management frameworks. 
  • Ability to work confidently across both strategic and operational topics. 
  • Solid experience with talent analytics, assessment tools and data-driven decision-making. 
  • Strong project management skills and experience supporting change implementation. 
  • Relevant experience working with senior stakeholders in an international or matrix organisation.

  • You communicate clearly, create alignment and bring structure to complex topics.
