Main purpose of the position:

For employment at ISS Group's head office function either at our office in Copenhagen or Warsaw, we are seeking a Financial Systems Manager, who wants to work with the maintenance and development of our reporting system Onestream in a large international group.

 

The Onestream has a central role in ISS, as it is used for the collection, consolidation and reporting of all financial data for the group. It is therefore vital for us, that you, besides Onestream skills understand the link between business needs and financial management tools and can interact with our main customers in finance, translating their finance need to a system solution.

 

You will be part of an experienced Financial Systems department, located within the Group Finance organisation. The department consists of 8 people responsible for operating, maintaining and developing Onestream, as well as supporting a global user base on several finance processes.

 

The Group Financial Systems & Data Manager role is responsible for owning the overall architecture and development of the Onestream Landscape ensuring alignment, and interoperability across different use cases.

The Financial managers are also responsible for the development and improvement of our data quality by running Integration projects. The role is part of a team that owns the development backlog and development of new functionality or changes to existing.

 

The role acts like a business partner to the finance community translating desired business needs to system and process solutions


What you’ll do:

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the Onestream system and data management, ensuring high data quality and integrity
  • Run larger and smaller development activities as part of our normal change process and larger projects
  • Support the implementation and optimization of Onestream and other systems to improve reporting capabilities and streamline processes
  • Collaborate with IT and Finance in Country and group functions to integrate financial systems
  • Monitor and analyze quality in the reporting of financial data that provide insights to support operational efficiency and strategic decision-making
  • Provide training and support to users on financial systems and data management practices
  • Acts as a 2nd or 3rd level support, if support tickets points back to developed functionality.

 

Who you’ll work with:

  • You will be working and acting as a business partner with the rest of the Finance functions in group and the countries.
  • Your most frequent interactions will be with the Group controlling team and Group Compliance that are driving most of our development backlog.

 

Key qualifications:

  • Education on a bachelor or master level in finance or accounting or a relevant IT degree supplemented with courses on university in finance/accounting.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with Onestream as an administrator/developer or as a consultant.
  • Other relevant experiences could be as administrator of Hyperion, Anaplan or other EPM tools.
  • Experience with metadata maintenance, coding and Data integration as an developer is a requirement
  • Project management experience or training is an absolute advantage
