As a Data and Analytics Engagement Manager, you will be at the heart of our mission to leverage data for commercial success and customer satisfaction. You will ensure that data and analytics are at the forefront of our business strategy.  This role is crucial in maintaining the momentum of data and analytics from the start of commercial discussions, through customer transitions, and sustaining enthusiasm and engagement on all data and analytics initiatives.

What you’ll do:

Commercial Activities:

  • Develop and maintain commercial materials for Global Big Data (GBD) products using tools like Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel), SharePoint, and reporting tools (Tableau, PBI).

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on GBD products for bids, presenting them and liaising with the bid organization on behalf of various data functions.

  • Provide customized materials for different bids as required.

  • Manage demos and environments for GBD products.

  • Participate in customer workshops when relevant.

  • Brainstorm with our Global Big Data experts and specialist in product ideation.

 

Customer Transitions:

  • Act as the single point of contact for transition-related activities.

  • Project manage the process of transitioning new customers onto the ISS data landscape after successful bids.

  • Co-develop data products when relevant or applicable.

  • Function as a customer success manager, ensuring smooth transitions and ongoing satisfaction before handover to the operations team.

 

Data and Analytics Initiatives:

  • Co-develop and manage data and analytics engagement projects, including GBD official communication channels, data literacy programs, conference, events, global community meetings, and trainings targeted to different functions of the organization and levels of data users.

  • Project manage assigned cross-functional projects in GBD.

  • Co-develop a value tracking framework and governance for delivered GBD projects, ensuring analytics use cases benefit the business units.

  • Global Big Data Team from data engineers, data scientists to fellow BI analyts / specialists


Key qualifications:

  • Working Experience: 

2+ years with customer facing

2+ years of project management experience preferably IT/Data related

3+ years in global multinational companies

  • Degree: Business Analytics, business IT, Marketing or similar​​​​​​

  • Cross functional Insights: Ability to translate and integrate key practices from other functions such as marketing and product excellence into data and analytics execution.

  • Technical: Experience in business intelligence or analytics roles, with working knowledge of tools like Tableau, Power BI, or other reporting tools is a huge plus

  • Domain Knowledge: Good understanding of performance management, commercial activities, customer transitions will also be huge plus

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

  • Learning Agility: Strong desire to learn and adapt to new data and analytics tools, coupled with high data acumen.

  • Self-Motivation: Self-driven, self-starter, and able to work autonomously.

  • Innovative Mindset: Intrapreneurial spirit to bring forth innovation and a game-changing mindset into the team.
