ISS World Services is looking for a Contract Transformation & Transition Manager to drive the transformation agenda across the operation

Job Description

In this role, you will engage with Operational Performance Directors in country and Country Business Transformation Directors. You will need extensive collaboration skills to drive change across the business and provide customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will be:


  • Support on transition and transformation of global/large and local accounts
  • Solutioning of bids to reduce risk and compliance to standard solutions
  • Developing and executing on action plans for the operation and results


Personal & Professional Qualifications

  • A confident communicator who instils trust and collaboration
  • Demonstrates self-awareness / manages ambiguity
  • Strong backbone in executive managerial skills
  • Graduate degree and preferably a post graduate business studies qualification
  • Solid operational experience and customer experience
  • Knowledge about solution, transition, and operation
  • Documented results from a larger organisation
  • Business understanding and demonstrated commercial acumen
  • Transformation and operational experience in Facility Service industry
  • Strong program execution capabilities
  • Experience from account leadership roles
