Business Process Manager at ISS Denmark

Are you passionate about driving operational excellence through structured process governance and continuous improvement?

Do you want to shape how ISS Denmark expands its business process management capabilities to support strategic execution and sustainable growth?

Then you might be who we are looking for. Apply today and embark on a career journey with one of the biggest C25 companies in Denmark.

The position

The key purpose of the role is to drive the implementation of ISS Denmark’s process governance while supporting high-impact improvement projects.

This role is critical to expanding our current business process management efforts—from project-specific operational improvements to a coordinated, organization-wide capability that supports both strategic execution and operational excellence.

In addition, your responsibilities will include, among others:

  • Drive process governance across ISS Denmark and ensure consistent use of the selected process management framework.
  • Lead cross-functional process discovery, analysis, and improvement initiatives.
  • Define and track KPIs to monitor process performance and governance maturity.
  • Support and coach Process Leads, Process Owners, and stakeholders in applying process thinking.
  • Promote operational excellence by embedding Lean and, where relevant, Six Sigma principles.

Referring to the Head of Business Processes, you will be joining a pioneering team in the Operations Performance organization to ensure our service experiences are supported by strong governance and process excellence. We collaborate closely with the leadership teams, Process Leads, Process Owners, and key support functions to drive sustainable growth and maintain knowledge sharing across the organization.

This position requires regular on-site presence at our Søborg headquarters, and therefore candidates should have a current residence in Denmark. We believe in creating a healthy balance between your professional and personal life, and flexibility is customized in consultation with your direct manager based on both the team's and the employee's needs.

About you

As our Business Process Manager, we imagine that you possess a combination of the following competencies:

  • Certified Lean practitioner (required); Lean Six Sigma practitioner preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience within process management, continuous improvement, or related fields.
  • Strong track record in driving enterprise-wide process initiatives.
  • Skilled in process frameworks and modelling tools (for example Process Classification Framework and/or Business Process Model and Notation).
  • Ability to execute strategy into actionable process improvements initiatives.
  • Ability to drive and deliver results through others.

As a person, you are structured, proactive, and collaborative. You thrive in a cross-functional setting, and you are motivated by enabling colleagues to succeed through process clarity and continuous improvement.

Since we work in an international environment, you should be fluent in either English or Danish and comfortable understanding the other language in spoken form.
